What is a mobile voucher?
A voucher is a code that will tie your mobile device to your institution's subscriptions. This voucher will grant you access to protected content while not on your institution's network. Each mobile device must be vouched for individually and vouchers are only valid for the publisher for which it is issued.
How to obtain a Voucher Code with another computer and apply it to my device?
You can obtain a mobile voucher from any computer on your institution's network. Simply visit this page.
Fill out the form and you will receive a voucher code both on-screen and by email. You will have 48 hours to apply this voucher to your device before it expires.

Mobile App Users: How to apply the voucher to your mobile device?

3. Select "authorize this device"
4. Select "apply a mobile voucher"
5. Enter the code and submit
If this process does not complete successfully, either you did not enter the voucher code correctly or the code was not applied within the 48-hour window. Please obtain a new voucher and try again.
Some mobile apps support the quick method of the voucher service, which allows you to obtain and apply all at once. Simply connect your mobile device to your institution's network and then begin the process to obtain a voucher (above).
This process will obtain and apply the voucher directly to your mobile device. If you are still unable to obtain a mobile voucher, you are either not on your institution's network or your institution does not have a subscription to that particular publication. Please consult your librarian for more information.
When does the Voucher expire?
Once applied, the voucher can grant access to content for anywhere between 1 and 12 months, depending on the publication. There is a possibility that an institution's subscription for a particular publication will expire before a voucher. In this case, the voucher will no longer provide access. Please consult your librarian to learn more about publication subscriptions.
Why can't I get past the login page to request a mobile voucher?
In order to request a mobile voucher, you must first be recognized as being part of an institutional subscription. If you are seeing the login page, your IP is not being recognized via your institutional subscription. You can either try again when you are on your institution's network or contact your librarian to inquire about remote access to the site.
What if I receive a message that the voucher I'm trying to enter is invalid, expired, has already been registered, or has been revoked?
You can request a new voucher.
