The cover image depicts human corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG) in its relaxed conformation (PDB ID 4BB2), with its cleaved
reactive centre loop (RCL) inserted as a β-sheet coloured red. The predicted positions and structures of five of its six N-glycans
are shown based on their reported most frequent compositions in human CBG. The structures show β-sheets (blue), α-helixes
(green), loops (cyan), and N-glycans in grey except those at N238 and at N347, which are coloured purple and orange, respectively.
